Here were the wines we tasted, along with the paired Cheeses. I’ll let you know very soon about a wine and/or cheese ordering club.

| Obvius Bianco | Taleggio DOP (Venice, Italy) Semi-firm, buttery, notes of brioche |
| Chenin Blanc | Delice des 2 Sevres (Loire Valley, France) Soft, ash-covered, goat cheese; tangy and delicate. |
| Barbera | Pecorino Gran Reserva (Emilia-Romagna, Italy) Rich, salty, nutty, and slightly herbaceous. |
| Sully’s Mix | Fleur-en-Lait (Glengarry Fine Cheese) Organic, semi-firm, sweet and mild. |
| Lambrusco | La Tur Mixed-milk cheese; creamy/decadent with notes of butter and hay |
